I recently had difficulty with a faulty handset on the day i bought it. this was taken back to the shop and support form the staff was requested by myself and my daughter. thanks to the wonderful staff at the Lincoln high street branch my issue was dealt with. Marco (staff member) peoved to have excellent customer service skills and supported me and my daughter with the difficulty. He was also very supportive when i had a difficult telephone conversation with my network provider. Marco's professionalism was excellent and the situation was resolved with his decision making and service towards me. I feel he should be recognised for his excellent communication skills and your company should be grateful for such an excellent employee.
