Stuff not tested by them my son very upset as he been waiting to use them just total rubbish wont purchase anything from there again my son now without gaming headset again fed up with total mess around sales assistant smooth talking you into purchaseing dearer headset says cheaper makes they sell not so good well two sets of dearer sets not any good either it has cost me a fortune to keep getting my son back a forwards to keep taking them back got to pay out again so they can be exchanged enough is enough going to take my business else where merchandise needs properly testing before you sell to the public would hate to think what would have happened they were dearer £50.00 is a lot to a fouteen year old who has special needs you should be ashamed as you no that my son has special needs i usually end by saying thankyou but thers nothing to say thankyou for iam left to pickup the pieces of your poor mechandise
