Lincoln Transport - By Train
Lincoln Central railway station has five platforms, with trains running to destinations such as Newark-on-Trent, Grimsby, Nottingham, Leicester, Sheffield and Peterborough.
Since December 2008, East Midlands Trains have operated a direct return service to London, running from Lincoln Central to London St Pancras via Nottingham and Leicester. From late 2009, East Coast is scheduled to provide a two-hourly direct service to London Kings Cross.
