Why do they not pick up the phone? My call is cut off after 3 mins and 45 seconds. Surely there must be someone in whose job it is to pick up the phone. Even a recorded message saying "please go away, we are busy, it may be quicker to come down in person but even then it may take a while to serve you. Your item is important to us," would be better..
