"Money taken when said card didnt work"

Hi i came into your pizza roma shop next door to the take away place at around 11.48pm when i got to the check out the person on the till said my card was declind but when i got home and check the money had gone outto you i have the transaction , when i came back after noticing that it had gone after the person telling me it got declind the shop was shut. it was total of £5.
