"Nice product - Shame about the customer service"

I have finally received my bed which I paid for on 13 January. I had to wait a lot longer than the 2 weeks promised for the delivery and then it was the wrong bed. I let them know as soon as I realised and, once again, was promised about 2 weeks for the correct bed to be supplied. It actually took an unbelievable 8 weeks (one delivery date was cancelled on the day because "the paint was drying") for the bed finally to arrive. The assistant in the shop never apologised once and was actually quite rude.

Now that I have the correct bed, I am happy with it and the delivery guys were very polite, speedy and efficient. However, I would not shop there again..
