"BAR STAFF WITHOUT A SMILE"

A review of The Magna Carta by Lincoln reviewer written on Wednesday 6th of July 2011

The main bar girl (maybe a manager) was not the most happiest of people - which made my experience in buying a drink... not a happy one - and put me off buying another drink! very unprofessional - if the bar wants to retain customers - wearing a smile would help!.
